Mo Khan's legal practice is centered on civil rights advocacy, government and regulatory affairs, and outside general counsel services.
His experience includes advising tech companies, filing lawsuits on behalf of those facing civil rights violations by large corporations and representing individuals and organizations before government bodies.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Khan serves as Board Chair of the Illinois Literacy Foundation, is a member of the State of Illinois’ Economic and Employment Opportunities for People with Disabilities Task Force. He also serves on the Chicago Sister Cities International Committee, supporting global engagement and cross-border collaboration.
Mr. Khan earned a degree in Accountancy from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
